根据新浪科技报道，8月11日下午，美国蒙大拿州卡利斯佩尔市机场发生飞机坠毁相撞事故。初步报告指出，一架小型飞机在降落时出现异常，偏离跑道后与滑行道上的另一架小型飞机相撞，随即引发火灾并冒出浓烟。

机上有四人
卡利斯佩尔消防局长杰伊·哈根（Jay Hagen）向媒体表示，事故发生时失事飞机在跑道上坠毁并起火，火势随后蔓延至滑行道旁的草地。现场共有四名乘客成功逃生，两人受轻伤并已接受治疗。
被撞的那架静止飞机当时无人。卡利斯佩尔警方、消防部门，以及埃弗格林、史密斯谷、怀特菲什消防队均到场协助。
