Is it your company only reliable to be responsible for abuse case happened between customers in your property area but your company are not responsible for customers been molested or raped by your “OFF DUTY STAFF”!

In the video clearly shows that you never think or try to investigate the whole incident! You just twisting the point and that makes me wondering maybe you known the truth but refused to take responsibility!
